There are a limited number of spots, so please only sign up if you're available for the entire event!  Join TAP-SF as we volunteer for SF-Marin Food Bank as a team! Help us build grocery boxes for seniors, sort donations, and other various tasks as needed.  Volunteer at SF Marin Food Bank- Date: Sat Dec 16 2023- Time: 12pm - 2:00pm- Location: 900 Pennsylvania Avenue, San Francisco, CA 94107 ***Enter from Pennsylvania Ave. ***Plan to park on the streets surrounding the Food Bank, only meter spaces may be available. The spaces directly in front of the Food Bank are for loading only. Our parking lot is for our partner agencies picking up food for their participants. Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your shift. Volunteers MUST meet age requirements below and minors must be accompanied by an adult. Saturdays: 8+ years old Guidelines: • Only volunteer if you are healthy and completely comfortable serving. • Closed-toe shoes are required at all volunteer projects. • We recommend volunteers not wear jewelry. If worn, all items must be covered by the provided gloves and/or hairnets. • We suggest dressing in casual and clean layers, as the temperature in the warehouse is often cool.
