Today, Code.X brings volunteer instructors to inspire and teach worldwide each summer - in 2024, we are offering programs in Ukraine 🇺🇦, Egypt 🇪🇬, Albania 🇦🇱, and the West Bank 🇵🇸. Over the past few years, we've made a transformational impact on our students and built broad interest in STEM, and we need your help to cover operational costs. Code.X is run by a dedicated group of volunteers who work year round on an estimated annual budget of $20,000. We’re asking for your support to cover our minimal operational costs, and any excess will go towards our visions of growing our team with fully dedicated staff and expanding our programming to serve more students across more countries. As the first initiative of its kind in the region, we aimed to attract the best and brightest students to STEM fields and promote Computer Science education more broadly. Since then, Code for Palestine became the leading high school program in the West Bank and Gaza, graduating 7 cohorts of students before its final year in 2022.
