Doc is a spirited HRN foster rabbit. On May 25th Doc injured herself, resulting in a compound fracture of her foot. Sadly she needed her leg amputated to ensure she would have the highest quality of life. We are happy to report that surgery went well, she has recovered, and is doing well! She has already adjusted to life with three legs and is a very happy bunny. But while Doc is fully recovered, we are still working to pay off her medical bills, totaling $4474.
