I'm the first recipient of wolverine #1 and received wolverine #1, whom I'm going to name Short Stuff, in Glendale. So, wolverine #1 has traveled 7 miles so far! Help me fundraise for wolverine reintroduction as well as the protection, connection, and restoration of other species in the southern Rocky Mountain region.

Wolverines’ ruggedness is legendary! Male wolverines are known to roam vast territories in search of suitable mates. In fact, the last wolverine confirmed in Colorado was a lone collared male, affectionately nicknamed Marty, who wandered 500 miles from the Tetons in Wyoming to central Colorado in 2009, before moving on to North Dakota.

In honor of the pending wolverine reintroduction here in Colorado, we want to see how far our little wolverines can travel!

We are sending out six wolverines from our office in Denver to see how far they can go this summer. Each wolverine will have a number and a QR code that directs to this page. If that’s how you got here, welcome! And thanks for being a part of a wolverine’s journey!

If you have received a wolverine, please email us at info@rockymountainwild.org and let us know where you received it so we can track its progress. Then, pass the wolverine on to someone else!
