Read it Out Loud is a nonprofit organization that operates exclusively to improve childhood literacy. Our mission is to make books available to children ages 0 to 5 years old within Washington County, UT, through a future partnership with Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library.

According to recent demographic data, there are approximately 11,002 children in the Washington County, UT, area who are in the age range of 0 to 5 years old. Our future partnership with Dolly Parton's Imagination Library will ensure that all those children have equal access to high-quality books that reflect their interests and experiences. Every month, this global initiative mails a book to the home of each enrolled child age 0 to 5 years old, completely free of charge to families, regardless of their economic situation. 

By teaming up with the Imagination Library to establish their program in Washington County, we're confident that we can make a tangible difference in the lives of our youngest residents and help set them on the path to lifelong learning success.
