A donation to Heart Well Homestead (HWH) will make it possible to establish a transitional residential program in Plattsburgh, NY that will provide homeless pregnant mothers and their children a safe and supportive environment that empowers them to thrive. 

HWH is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization operated entirely by volunteers. Your contributions fuel our mission to empower homeless pregnant and parenting mothers to build stable, thriving lives. Volunteers do not receive financial compensation, personal gain, or other benefits from soliciting or managing donations. Donations to HWH are made with the understanding that the organization does not provide goods, services, or other material benefits in return for contributions, other than the intrinsic value of supporting our mission.
