What is TEDxInglewood?

A community-organized TED-like event designed to spread ideas, spark conversation, and address changes affecting Inglewood. TEDxInglewood is an independently organized local group of diverse thought leaders on a mission to educate, inspire, and stimulate change, with the ultimate goal being deep discussion and action across our communities.

Mission

TEDxInglewood accelerates innovation and social impact through the power of big ideas, transformative live events, and empowering the community. TEDxInglewood exists to spread big ideas and elevate inspired citizenship in Inglewood and beyond. 

Background Statement

TEDxInglewood is a nonprofit event serving Inglewood. TEDxInglewood is made possible by the work and effort of the broader community: inspiring attendees, the efforts of hundreds of hours from a committed team, deep involvement from partners and sponsors, and a wealth of brilliant innovators in Inglewood who donate their time, energy, and talents to contribute to "Ideas Worth Spreading." 

TEDxInglewood exists to spread big ideas and elevate inspired citizenship in Inglewood and beyond.

$25 helps to keep TEDxInglewood ticket prices affordable for attendees

$50 helps to provide marketing resources to bring TEDxInglewood Speakers’ talks to the community and beyond

$100 helps to provide tickets to High School and College Students to attend a TEDxInglewood Event/Conference 

$250 supports a curated experience after the TEDxInglewood conference to continue the dialogue and inspire action 

$500 supports innovative and interactive exhibits for attendees to experience during the TEDxInglewood conference 

$1000 provides resources to amplify TEDxInglewood talks and their impact in the community and around the world 

$2500 helps provide coaching and support to the speakers as they share their Big Ideas on the TEDxInglewood stage

$5000 assists in providing event production resources to showcase Inglewood’s most brilliant thinkers and doers, live in the community, and virtually to the world
