Building A Pathway to Recovery - 2024 Special Project

Healing Women and Children

The Providence Foundation of North Dakota, in collaboration with Providence House Minot, provides essential support to women with children and pregnant women who are seeking treatment for substance use disorders. As the sole facility in North Dakota dedicated to this demographic, they tackle the unique challenges these women face, including childcare and familial duties.

The Problem

North Dakota currently faces a shortage of treatment facilities that cater to the specific needs of women, creating substantial obstacles to their recovery. Providence House Minot seeks to fill this void by offering specialized services.

To serve women with children adequately, the center requires an administration building for onsite childcare and mother-child counseling services. This project needs funding of $1,500,000.00, and the Providence Foundation of North Dakota is dedicated to forging financial partnerships within the next 18 months to realize this goal.

Be a Part of the Solution

Your contribution to this vital project will support various needs, from infrastructure and playground equipment to diapers and toys. Donations will be allocated to the most critical areas of the project, or you may reach out to us to establish a targeted partnership. We offer numerous opportunities for partnership that can be customized to align with your passion for this mission.
