FUN RUN

HELP US RAISE FUNDS TO SUPPORT OUR ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS, TEACHERS AND STUDENTS

Each fall, the Mahtomedi Elementary Parent Teacher Organization (MPTO) hosts the Fun Run at both Wildwood and O.H. Anderson as our BIGGEST fundraiser of the year!  The Fun Run is an opportunity for every class to get outside, get active together, and help raise money for our schools.

Mahtomedi Elementary PTO is a registered 501c3 nonprofit run exclusively by volunteers.  

That means, every dollar you donate goes towards helping to achieve our mission of:

- Promoting a sense of community amongst the Family and Staff of our incredible Elementary Schools

- Providing additional enrichment programs to our Students (Card Sharks, Strategy Games, Art Adventure, and more!)

- Conducting fundraising events for specific operational and/or capitol needs identified in partnership with School Administrators

WE NEED YOU TO BE OUR SPONSOR!!!!

This year's Fun Run dates are: Sept. 20 (Wildwood Elementary) and Sept. 27 (O.H. Anderson). In order to meet our sponsor advertising deadlines, we are asking you to donate by Friday, August 16 but we will still accept donations until the end of 2024.

Here are the various sponsor levels and benefits: 

• Title sponsorship: $2,500

  • Company logo prominently displayed on banners posted outside of both elementary schools, company logo prominently on collection envelopes sent home with all 1,300 elementary students, title sponsor certificate, window sticker, and website/social media recognition.

• Platinum sponsorship: $1,000

  • Company logo on banners posted outside of both elementary schools and company logo on collection envelopes sent home with all 1,300 elementary students, window sticker, and website/social media recognition

• Silver sponsorship: $500

  • Company name on collection envelopes sent home with all 1,300 elementary students, window sticker, and website/social media recognition

• Bronze sponsorship: $250

  • Window sticker and website/social media recognition

With your help MPTO is able to provide our Elementary Schools with:

- Discretionary funds of $175 given each classroom teacher to purchase supplies and materials for their classroom

- Special funding requests from teachers and administrators including the Lu system and adaptive climbing wall at Wildwood 

- Field trip allowances for our students

- Funds towards Nature Trail Day, Field Days, and Concerts

- Assessment books

- Extra curricular activities for students

- Community events such as movie nights, trunk or treat and Spring Fling
