Coastal Sheltie Rescue + ( Virginia Collie and Sheltie Rescue)

Coastal works to save animals from rural high kill shelters, dogfighting, puppy mills, hoarding and other cruelty situations.

Often we are the last chance these dogs have. When owners need a safe place to turn to we also provide love and support, when the families need to surrender a dog. We provide animals medical care and behavioral rehabilitation, and help many  animals find loving homes every year.

Each dog receives as intake a medical evaluation, grooming, worming and is brought up to date on any shots they may need. 

a martingale collar is given to the foster, dog food, bowls, treats and supplies for housetraining if a young dog/puppy. 

General monthly maintenance for each medium size dog is $ 250.00 (+$60 over 45lbs) (+$80 over 65lbs)

That is just for basic food, heartworm meds and treats.

Intake costs for basic vet visit is $70

This does not include any medical evaluation, testing or treatments.

On average, even if a dog is fixed and utd and it's just going for a basic medical exam. We are looking at $250.00 (All intakes are tested and treated for worms)
