Help the Hunger Network recognize our director for 10 years of ordained ministry, this #givingtuesday.
Deacon Bates has provided 10 strong years of leadership in faith-based advocacy. Deacon Bates was consecrated in the ELCA to Diaconal Ministry on November 15, 2014 by Bishop Suzanne Dillahunt. The ELCA modernized theirWord and Service Roster in 2017 to update the consecrations of diaconal ministers to ordinations of Deacons.
Deacon Bates is a graduate of Trinity Lutheran Seminary in 2012 and Capital University Law School that same year and has always been passionate about state-level advocacy and justice work.
Your donation today will support Deacon Bates and the Hunger Network in Ohio's work to continue to advocate for hungry Ohioans and long-term solutions to poverty.
