For six years, our small volunteer team of two at Rust Belt Fibershed has been weaving together a place-based textile community. We've accomplished so much through pure volunteer power - and now we're ready to grow our impact with your help!

Your support will help us:

• Continue developing free community projects like One Year, One Outfit and the Rust Belt Linen Project
• Inspire the next generation and offer workforce development through our Student Ambassador program
• Strengthen our producer support network offering professional development, collaborative opportunities, and resources to support our local textile makers in their expansion
• Strengthen our digital platforms - including our Value Chain and Supporting Partners Directory- to showcase our producers' stories, products, and sustainable practices, making it easier for community members to source locally.
• Create fun, engaging educational resources and community programs that connect consumers to the entire process of textile creation - from fiber to finished product - strengthening understanding and support of local makers
• Keep our momentum growing through sustainable operations, future symposiums, and new initiatives that respond to our community's needs
