At BLOOM (Be Love! Orphan Outreach Missions Inc.), we believe in standing with those who risk everything to share the Gospel. Right now, Pastor Arif, his wife, and their three young children (ages 7, 5, and 3) are in immediate danger.

Pastor Arif has been a faithful BLOOM-sponsored missionary since 2012, serving as our boots on the ground in South Asia, making a tremendous impact. He has shared the Gospel by:
🔹 Hand-drilling water wells in small villages, teaching about the true Living Water—Jesus Christ.
🔹 Distributing solar-powered audio Bibles to enslaved workers in brick kilns.
🔹 Helping care for the children of those forced into bonded labor.
🔹 Training and equipping local pastors in a country that is 98% Muslim.

Last August, Pastor Arif was brutally attacked while ministering in a brick kiln. Though he had permission to be there, a group of extremists beat him nearly to death and left him unconscious. He awoke from a coma three weeks later in a hospital. Since then, his family was separated and have been in hiding, forced to flee multiple times as threats against them have escalated.

For safety reasons, we cannot disclose their exact location, but they can never return home.
