Chaperones are the caretakers of the band. We make sure everyone has everything they need.

In the next year, the band will take their four-year trip. It's been 8 years since a big trip due to the pandemic. 

Due to rising costs, to make the numbers work through the school district, we had to take all food and all chaperone and staff costs out of the travel costs to make the trip possible for the students, and the BPA is responsible to cover these costs for the trip. 

We are not publicizing this ask. If you are seeing this, you have been personally chosen as someone who understands the impact the band chaperones have, especially on a long trip. 

Would you please consider and act on behalf of our wonderful, selfless Chaperones? 

The trip cost for one Chaperone is $1871. 

Each chaperone is to cover half this cost. 

The BPA is fundraising half the chaperone's trip to lessen their individual cost on a trip that requires volunteer working! You could help sponsor one chaperone for $936.00 (half of one chaperone's cost). 

Food for each chaperone is an additional $350 for the week. We're including this cost in our "Feed the Band!" fund.

The entire Macy's trip must be paid in full by September 12, 2024. 

Our goal is to have the funds raised by August 31, 2024. 

This form gives options of one-time payments or regular monthly payments. You can edit the Zeffy drop-down box as you wish.
