SeMPer FREY, Inc. dba The Wishes GRANTed Foundation ("TWGF"), a 509(a)(2) Public Charity (See, IRS Letter 947 dated 10/12/2021), is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit Corporation filed & established (i.e., incorporated) in the State of HAWAII on January 8, 2021.  TWGF was founded & established to honor & pay tribute to LtCol Grant V. Frey USMC (Ret.) who tragically died of COVID-19 on 12/26/2020. The number of folks left to grieve & try to cope with such a profound loss was pronounced if not monumental, many of whom dedicated themselves to help establish TWGF & to advance its mission. More specifically & in abbreviated form, here's the "Mission Statement" of TWGF:
