To help raise awareness and support for people in recovery from Substance Use Disorder and mental health issues, on June 9, 2024, Devin's Rec Room is holding our first annual walk, "Never Walk Alone" at Onondaga Lake Park, Liverpool NY.

At this walk, people are encouraged to bring their leashed pet, be it a dog, cat, turtle or goldfish! This highlights the fact that for some, especially those in recovery from substance use or mental illness, a pet may be their only connection during dark times. By doing this, we are bringing attention to the isolation often felt by people who struggle with substance use and mental health issues.

Many are looking forward to this event, but we need your help. Although the walk is free, please consider giving a donation or building a team to help offset the expenses of the walk and raise money to build Devin's Rec Room, CNY's first Sober Active Recovery Center.
