Join the Lightning Warriors Hockey program in tackling Veteran Suicide!

The Lightning Warriors Hockey Program is excited to host the 2025 Hockey Heals 22 event! The Lightning Warriors will be joined by several other hockey teams from the local Tampa Bay community and beyond. The teams will play 22 hours of continuous ice hockey to raise awareness of the 22 veterans that commit suicide every day. The Warriors program is committed to helping our nation's veterans fight the invisible war of mental health that combats our countries hero's every single day. During Hockey Heals 22, we will raise funds to give veterans the sufficient help they need to combat Veteran suicide. With your support, you too can make a difference for a veteran in need!

The Lightning Warriors Hockey Program is a non-profit 501c(3) program that allows disabled veterans the opportunity to play ice hockey in the Tampa Bay area. The program educates, trains, motivates and encourages those who have physical and invisible disabilities incurred during their service to participate in the sport of hockey in an environment that is adapted to their levels. The program is built on the need of helping each other along with the community and we look forward to giving back through events such as Hockey Heals 22!

This year, we are proud to partner with the Mission Roll Call and the Malone Family Foundation! Both organizations are strong advocates in the fight against veteran suicide and we are proud to partner with each of them this year to raise more awareness.
