We believe that our community needs to come together to create the change we hope to see because none of us can do it alone. It requires a recognition of the value of the work being done by MWO, and an investment from generous funders and community partners who are aligned with our vision of a world where every Muslim woman has the opportunity to lead in the service of humanity.
Your support will sustain the MWO’s programs dedicated to Community Building: The HUB, Sisterhood Programs, and Hakima Support Services. You ensure that there is a a community for us, and a space run by and for Muslim women and our daughters. There is a lack of these kinds of welcoming and affirming spaces in our society, and YOU can ensure our community, unlike others, continues to have this unique asset.
The following is a general overview of expenses. A detailed list can be made available upon request. Our annual budget is shared with and approved by MWO’s members every year and we pride ourselves on full transparency and accountability.
