This contemporary movement class explores our ever-changing relationship with gravity, tension, form, and release and builds a foundation of support from the ground up. Class will progress to spatial, dynamic phrase work that encourages individual exploration and expression.

After parking, walk back to main building/Mansion and enter through side Portico Door.
