General Admission

This year the annual ASM Big Party and GSMSA - Sac Capital Connections Party is the Starlight Soirée. We will be celebrating Old Hollywood Glamour in the Historic Elks Tower Hotel.  Dress is semi-formal. Wear what you would wear on the red carpet! Food and alcohol will be provided. Any guests 21 and over are welcome. All guests need their own ticket.

At the event, please display your e-tickets. Food and alcohol will be provided. Not outside food or drink allowed.  The Elks Tower does not have private parking facilities. There is street parking at the City Hall Garage across the street. You may be dropped off at the loading zone at The Elks Tower. The Elks Tower is a strict no-smoking building. Those wishing to smoke or vape must remain 25 feet away from the exterior of the building. Smoking on the premises will lead to an immediate ban from the venue.  Kind regards.
