What’s the secret to successful careers? Mentors!

We’re thrilled to announce our next LA panel event - Mentorship: The Secret to Career Success - on June 6 in Westwood.

Hear Malena Higura(former GM, Urban Decay/L’Oreal), Delores Druilhet Morton (CEO, Step Up), Elizabeth Simer (Chief Business Officer, Slickdeals) and Jolene Abbott (Founder & CEO, UltraViolet Consulting) in a panel moderated by Jill Hotchkiss (former VP Creative, Disney) share their personal stories of the power of mentorship as they climbed the corporate ladder to become powerhouse leaders.

75% of executives credit their success to mentors1 and 90% of employees with a career mentor are happy at work2. A mentor can be an invaluable resource, providing you with guidance, support, and the tools needed to reach your full potential. Mentees can also offer mentors the chance to develop their leadership and coaching skills, as well as the satisfaction of making a positive impact on someone else's life and career.
