Join your community at the 4th Annual MMB Bentonville Bike Week! September 25-29, 2024


Mark your calendars and get ready for an epic and inclusive 5-day event!  Join a like-minded community of riders to increase your skills, discover trails, and build lasting relationships with fellow riders who share your passion and encounter the world like you do.


This year is bigger and better than ever, featuring:


  • Kick-off Meet & Greet: Meet your fellow riders, coaches, and organizers at a welcoming reception with food and drinks to kick off the week at the fantastic Ledger Building, on the 6th floor, overlooking the town of Bentonville. Custom event jersey and other items distributed.
  • Mountain biking skills clinics with renowned coaches: Level up your riding with expert instruction from industry-leading professionals.

  • Guided rides for all levels: Explore breathtaking trails with local experienced guides, whether you're a seasoned pro or a first-timer.
  • Social gatherings and rider connection: Fuel your post-ride energy and connect with fellow ethnic minority mountain bike enthusiasts at nightly events.
  • Photography, Rock-Climbing, Bike-Packing Clinics: Increase your picture taking skills. Learn how to or increase your rock-climbing ability.

$200 on or before August 25th. $250 starting August 26th. Ticket purchase closes on September 10th.

  • Lake Leatherwood clinic with Line Drive Academy and guided rides with Ride NWA
  • Photography clinic by Korey Hopkins of Khopshoots
  • Rock-climbing clinic by Jalen Bazile 
  • Happy Hour at 6pm (location TBD) – food and drink included

Sunday, September 29

  • Guided rides in NWA
  • Hand Cut Hollow with Line Drive Academy and Ride NWA
  • Bike-packing clinic by Jalen Bazile
  • Happy Hour at 6pm (location TBD) - food and drink included


WHERE TO STAY IN AND AROUND BENTONVILLE

We have a 25% off discount (code provided in ticket purchase confirmation email) with Cohova properties, a vacation rental property management company with multiple units in and around Bentonville. There are plenty of lodging options to be found in and around Bentonville via AirBnB and VRBO and other vacation rental management companies. There are also several hotel options as well. We look to have lodging discounts made available to participants no later than July 26, 2024.


GETTING TO BENTONVILLE

Bentonville is in the Northwest region of Arkansas, commonly referred to as NWA. The closest airport is the Bentonville/Fayetteville airport (code XNA) which is a 30-minute drive to downtown Bentonville. Tulsa, OK and Springfield, MO are each 2-hour drives to/from Bentonville and may offer better flight options and pricing.


BIKE RENTALS

There are several quality bike shops in and around Bentonville that have rental bikes and can provide service. YT, through the YT Mill in Bentonville, are a key partner and have offered a very special opportunity for participants (more information in ticket purchase confirmation email).  OZ Suspension, Mojo Cycling and Gearhead Outfitters are also event partners, offering a discount on rentals (code provided in ticket purchase confirmation email).

All guides, clinics, and shuttles are included in the cost.

Refund

Refund requests received on or before September 4th will be completed, minus any processing fee. Refund requests after September 10th cannot be approved due to finalized commitments.
