‼️UPDATE ON CHRISTMAS PARTY ON DEC 14TH‼️GREAT NEWS FOR EVERYONE‼️The Committee has decided to switch back to potluck food arrangement for the Christmas Party on December 14th. Please note that these new arrangements supersede any statements issued or mentioned before this date.

To reflect these changes, come new arrangements. Please read them carefully and if you still have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact anyone from the committee.🎄NEW TICKET RATES:⭐️Member: $30 per Family of (4)⭐️Non-member: $35 per Family of (4)⭐️FREE: Kids 4 y.o. and below, in excess of family household of (4).⭐️Guest/Extra: $15 each (must be purchased with a family ticket.⭐️ Annual Membership Fee: $25 per family.

🎄POTLUCK REQUIRED: (1) Dish OR (1) Dessert

IMPORTANT: Tickets include your entry pass and a raffle ticket, so make sure you keep them safe and bring them with you to the event to join the raffle and win some wonderful prizes!  Children ages 3 and below eat for free, but must be registered when you fill-in the names of attendees, especially if they will need a seat.

PRINTED TICKETS WILL BE PROVIDED/MAILED TO YOU ON OR BEFORE THE EVENT DATE OR AT THE GATE DURING THE EVENT ITSELF.

🎄IMPORTANT NOTE:To ensure an organized buffet setup, to serve the food warm throughout the party, to clean up fast after the party, and most especially, to avoid being charged extra for spills and mess by the county, we need your full cooperation:✅️ The committee will provide the food warmers, so please let us know if your potluck needs to be in a food warmer. ✅️ DISH/DESSERT THAT NEEDS TO STAY WARM must be in a proper size disposable foil pans to fit into the food warmers. See the photo with appropriate foil pan sizes.✅️ All other dishes/desserts that do not need warmed may come in disposable containers, or in their original packaging, if store-bought.✅️ Please DO NOT bring any pots, pans, cookers or breakable dishes to the venue. We want you to have fun at the party and not worry about dragging your stuff back with you.✅️ Bring only dry to saucy dishes. No soupy dishes please! We need to minimize spill accidents or we will be charged extra for damages.✅️ If you don't want to cook, no problem! Just send us the money that you plan to spend for potluck, and we will take care of it for you. We can also recommend people to order dish/dessert from, if you wish.
