Dear Prospective Sponsor, 


I am writing this letter on behalf of The Matthew 712 Project, a registered 501(c)3 nonprofit organization in the United States of America and a registered NGO (Non-Governmental Organization) in Zambia. Our organization Provides Access to Safe, Clean Drinking Water in Rural Communities in Zambia. 

We are excited to announce our 2nd Annual Golf Outing fundraiser to support our mission. The event will take place on May 10, 2025, at River Greens Golf Course. This fundraiser is a vital part of our efforts to fund new clean water projects benefiting underprivileged children and communities. Currently, we have installed two LifePumps that provide access to safe, clean water to over 2000 people and drilling completed at another site where they are eagerly waiting for their LifePump to arrive in Zambia for installation.

We are seeking sponsors and participants for this event and would be honored to have your support. Your sponsorship not only contributes to the success of the golf outing but also makes a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.  There are various sponsorship levels available, and we are open to discussing a customized package that best suits your needs and aligns with your corporate social responsibility goals. All sponsors will receive recognition on the day of the event, both on event signage and with announcements throughout the event.
