VENDOR RULES & REGULATIONS

1. Murfreesboro Volunteer Fire Department Porkfest is not liable or responsible for delays, cancellations or postponement of the festival or events within the festival due to inclement weather, war, government actions, strike, or other matters beyond our control.

2. No refunds will be issued for cancellations. This is a rain or shine event.

3. Booth space is rented on a first come, first serve basis. We reserve the right to limit the number of Direct Sales Vendors and also reserve the right to limit the number of vendors in a particular category (e.g. jewelry, candles, etc.) A refund will be issued should there be multiple vendors. 

4. Craft Fair Coordinators may choose to deny a vendor based on appropriateness of products and duplication of vendors. 

5.Craft Vendors may not sell any type of food or beverages of any kind. ALL beverages will be sold by the Murfreesboro Volunteer Fire Department.

6. A dessert will not be served with the meal, and all visitors will be encouraged to find their favorite treat amongst the vendors.

7. Food Vendors will be limited to desserts, sweet treats, home baked goods, etc.

8. Absolutely no “main dish meals” as the main dish will be Pork BBQ plate.

9. Set-up will begin at 8:00am. You must be ready no later than 11:00AM. Live Music will begin at 11:00AM. Vendors are required to remain set up until 4:00PMwhen live music ends. 

10. $60.00 fee for single 15x15 space – Multiple space rental by ONE vendor will be guaranteed to be connected. NO space sharing by multiple vendors.
