Join us for an unforgettable evening filled with music, dancing, and enchanting memories.

THEME:

Winter Wonderland Dance

WHO IS INVITED? 

Open to all 8th (13 years old and older) - 12th-grade homeschoolers and one guest per registrant (max age for guests is 20 years old) along with all CHAA athletes, 

TICKETS:

Tickets are $20 per person when paid by Sunday, January 4th.

Tickets increase to $25 per person on/after January 5th.  

DEADLINE: The last day to register AND pay is Tuesday, January 26th.

ATTIRE: 

The winter dance is a “Winter Wonderland” themed casual dressy event. You are welcome to embrace the winter spirit with your attire! We suggest dressing in shades of icy blue, silver, or white with a touch of shimmer and glittery accessories! Refusal of admittance into our dances due to wardrobe concerns is at the discretion of CHAA. Choose wisely.

FOOD: 

Light snacks & soda/water provided. Please eat dinner before your arrival. Please note that we do not screen for common food allergens. Please check all of the options for your allergen and choose carefully. 

NOTE: 

CHAA has the right to refuse admittance and/or make guests leave for rule violations / behavioral issues /inappropriate attire without reimbursement. Please speak to your student regarding PDA (public displays of affection) with their date. PDA will not be tolerated. The Coastal Homeschool Athletic Association (CHAA) is a Christian 501(c)(3) Athletic Association and Booster Club providing Varsity and Middle School level sports programs for home-educated and small Christian school athletes.

LIABILITY WAIVER: 
By paying to participate and in consideration of being allowed to participate in any way in the Coastal Homeschool Athletic Association athletics/sports program, and related events and activities, the undersigned:
Agree that the participant should inspect the facilities and equipment to be used, and if the participant believes anything is unsafe, he or she should immediately advise his or her coach or supervisor of such condition(s) and refuse to participate.
Acknowledge and fully understand that each participant will be engaging in activities that involve risk of serious injury, including permanent disability and death, and severe social and economic losses which might result not only from their actions, inactions, or negligence but the action, inaction or negligence of others, or the conditions of the premises or of any equipment used.  Further, that there may be other risks not known to us or not reasonably foreseeable at this time.
Assume all the foregoing risks and accept personal responsibility for the damages following such injury, permanent total disability or death.
Release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue Coastal Homeschool Athletic Association, its affiliated clubs, their respective administrators, directors, agents, and other employees of the organization, other members/participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers, and if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the event, all of which are hereinafter referred to as “releases,” from any and all liability to each of the undersigned, his or her heirs and next of kin or any and all claims, demands, losses or damages on account of injury, including death and damage to property, caused or alleged to be caused in whole or in part by the negligence of the releases or otherwise.
