Judge Cotton <a href="https://www.indherald.com/2022/01/19/cotton-will-not-seek-re-election-as-sessions-judge/">recently retired</a> as Scott County's General Sessions judge after 32 years.  There will also be specialty cocktails created by Jacob inspired by Lincoln and his home state of Kentucky.
