ONLINE PAYMENTS ONLY! 2024 Region 13 Convention Harmony Emporium

Greetings! North by Northwest Region 13 of Sweet Adelines International is preparing for its annual convention and competition May 16-19, 2024, in Spokane, Washington. We invite you to participate in our Harmony Emporium (HE) as a vendor, chorus, or quartet. 


Shopping at our Harmony Emporium is a favorite activity during the convention, and with over 1000 members attending, we anticipate successful sales for you. 


Contests will be held in the Convention Center Ballroom this year, and your tables will be located right in the lobby outside it, in rooms 100A, 100B and 100C.


WHEN (times are tentative and will be firm in late March)

Thursday, May 16, 2024:  

Vendor set-up: 10am - 2pm
Harmony Emporium open: 2pm - 10pm
 
Friday, May 17, 2024: 

Harmony Emporium open: 8am - 8pm
 
Saturday, May 18, 2024: 

Harmony Emporium open: 8am - 4pm

IMPORTANT CHANGES IN THE SPACE RENTAL PROCESS

Space will be allocated on a “first application in” basis. 


THE EARLY BIRD GETS THE DISCOUNT
Save money by registering early! Early Bird Pricing is available to all vendors whose application and payment are received by Monday April 1, 2024! Vendors who register by the Early Bird deadline will be listed in pre-convention materials going to all attendees.


A COUPLE OF PRODUCT "NO-NOs"
No scented products are allowed to be used or sold in the Harmony Emporium (e.g., burning or scented candles, sachet-type items, perfumes, etc.) due to potential chemical sensitivity and allergies for our singers. 


NO food products (including bottled water) may be sold by vendors, per venue policy.


IT'S ALL IN THE DETAILS
-- Each space will consist of a 6’x30” table with a drape. Total booth space will be smaller than last year’s 10'x10', though we are still working out the details with the Convention Center; it will probably be more like 8'x6'. If space allows, vendors may request additional tables within their space at an extra cost or bring their own. 

-- We will provide free Wi-Fi Internet service to the HE. There are electrical outlets along the walls in the vendor area, and we suggest you bring extra power strips with you if you need them.
-- If you need assistance from the convention staff, it is your responsibility to pay and/or appropriately tip for these services.
-- The Convention Center will be locked up each night, and convention security will be present.
-- Interested in advertising? You can purchase program advertising here. Our program will be available online in advance of the contest, accessible through QR codes on convention signage, and will be a part of a slideshow that will be shown throughout the weekend.

Once you have decided on the details for your table, please complete the vendor application. The final deadline to submit your application and payment is May 1, 2024
