We are thrilled to announce that the 2025 ICA Member Meeting is returning to Resorts World Las Vegas! Thanks to overwhelming feedback from our members, we're heading back to this iconic venue for another unforgettable event!

We negotiated an excellent room rate for our attendees! You'll be able to book your room at the Hilton or the Conrad based on your preference, but please make sure to book through our block (we'll be providing the link soon) as we are liable for the rooms.

Event Overview:

• Dates: For those arriving early, we'll organize an evening event on Sunday, January 26th. The official meeting starts on Monday morning, January 27th, and concludes with a closing reception on the evening of Tuesday, January 28th.
  
  

Hotel Rooms Details:

• Stay in Style: Secure your stay with our exclusive block of rooms, ranging from $135 to $155 per night, with your choice of rooms at the Hilton and the Conrad! Both hotels are part of Resorts World complex.

Can I bring a plus one? Yes, you're welcome to bring a plus one, but please note that you will need to purchase a separate ticket at the same price for them.

I'm a corporate member - can I bring a coworker/employee? Yes, you can bring coworkers/employees. Please get in touch if you'd like to bring more than 1. 

I'm not a member - how do I join the ICA and attend the meeting? We've prepared special promotions for new members, so this is the best time to join the ICA. 

• Join at Premium Individual Annual ($600) and receive a $50% discount on one ticket. 
• Join at Bronze Annual ($1000 annually) and receive 1 free ticket 
• Joint at Silver Annual ($5000 annually) and receive 2 free tickets 
• Join at Gold and above Annual ($10,000 +) and receive 3 free tickets

Can I upgrade my room? Yes, but I'll need to be done with Resorts World's help, so please contact us for more information. 

Can my company or I sponsor the event? Yes, please get in touch if you are interested in sponsoring the event. We provided smaller and larger sponsorship opportunities. 

Can I get involved with the planning? Yes! We'd love to get our members to lead meetings and activities! Morning run, anyone? A pickleball tournament? An expert session? Possibilities are endless, so please get in touch! 

What are the Dates? The official meeting starts Monday, January 27th with a morning registration and meet and greet, followed by a day of actives and an evening reception. The meeting concludes with a celebratory closing reception on Tuesday evening., January 28th. For those already in town on Sunday, we'll be organizing an optional evening activity.
