Meet our facilitator
Rachel Flower is a somatic practitioner, trauma-informed plant medicine facilitator and somatic integration specialist. As the founder of Soul Flower Somatics she offers a holistic approach to mental and emotional wellbeing that recognizes the interconnectedness of the mind body and spirit.
With decades of somatic training and experience, and 10 years of apprenticeship and training with pioneers in the plant medicine world, Rachel also holds certification in Psychedelic Somatic Interactive Psychotherapy (Psychedelic Somatic Institute) Trauma-Informed Plant Medicine Facilitation, Somatic Plant Medicine Integration (Aya Healing Retreats) and Transformational Energy Healing (Essential Light Institute) along with years of breath work and sound healing training.
Through techniques such as mindfulness, body awareness, inner tracking, and movement exercises, somatic breath work and sound healing, she helps individuals reconnect with the body and tap into their innate creativity, peak potential and capacity for healing trauma.
