Post Falls FOP #42 was founded in 2020 and is made up of police officers working for the City of Post Falls, the City of Rathdrum, and the City of Spirit Lake. The Post Falls FOP is not a union; rather, it functions as a fraternal and support organization for law enforcement. Membership is open to sworn and retired law enforcement officers.
Post Falls FOP #42 maintains a charitable 501(c)3 organization called the Post Falls FOP Foundation.
