The Roots & Rivers Festival will be held on Saturday, September 14, 2024 from 2pm-8pm at the Oyster Factory Park in Bluffton South Carolina. The festival is BlacQuity's biggest fundraiser of the year! BlacQuity's mission is to elevate, empower and promote Black owned businesses in the Lowcountry.
Raffle entries are $5 each or BUY FOUR GET ONE FREE! Entries will be available on-line and at the festival by debit and credit card only. Sales close immediately following the event. You need not be present to win. Winners will be notified no later than September 21, 2024.
