Come join us for our 2nd annual shed hunt!  There will be “planted” sheds spread over 700+ acres for you and your dog to find.  These planted antlers will have a unique identifier attached and if you find them you will when a prize! We'll also have a practice field this year so you and your dog can practice in a smaller area. No experience with shed hunting needed to attend.    Having a dog to participate is not required, but encouraged. Bring water for yourself and your dog.  Dogs should be on leashes at all times while in parking areas or common areas.  Participants should have control of their dogs at all times during the event, this can include the aid of e-collars, check cords, or leashes.  At minimum each participant should have a leash on them at all times. Female dogs that are in heat should not participate. Liability waiver required for each participant.  This event will be on public lands and other dogs not part of the event may be present.  Working with large dog breeds with high energy, high prey drives, and are reproductively intact can create unpredictable situations that could lead to injured dogs and handlers in the event of a dog fight, aggressive behavior, or normal exuberant dog playing.  If your dog does not play well with other dogs or has aggressive tendencies it should not participate in this event.   Limited to 25 participants, RSVP as soon as possible to claim a spot.
