The aim of a rhythm guide is to help you gain insight into how you spend your time and identify the patterns and priorities in your life.
This guide will help you find more balance and align your daily routines with your goals in a healthy and sustainable way. The guide consists of Victorious Family’s proven 3C’s and 2 R’s (connection, commission, commission, rest, reflection). It will focus on key areas of your life and help you balance your time between the following three priorities: life, work, and “go.”
This guide will present five categories, also known as rhythms, for you to focus on during the week. You will use what you learned from these rhythms to create your own daily and weekly rhythm routine.
