On behalf of Oshkosh Youth Rugby, I would like to invite you and your company to become a sponsor for our upcoming seasons. Oshkosh Youth Rugby has been developed to offer Youth access to a fun, exciting team atmosphere.

Our Mission is to: “promote the growth of Rugby at all levels of competition for the Oshkosh and Winnebago County community. The corporation's main priorities are developing and promoting sportsmanship, teamwork, honesty, courage, respect for authority, academics, discipline, leadership, and physical fitness in area youth.”

We offer several different levels of sponsorship. Each sponsorship covers our major expenses such as field rental, competition, t-shirts, training equipment, insurance, and recruitment. Our programs are entirely volunteer and no one receives compensation. The following pages contain sponsorship levels we offer to allow you the opportunity to commit to the sponsorship that is right for you. There are a multitude of options with varying degrees of involvement.

Best of all, your support impacts over a hundred youths annually in the Oshkosh area. We operate three distinct clubs, but interrelated programs.

Piggies | Coed Flag Rugbysupports two programs: an intracity league during the spring in cooperation with the Oshkosh Recreation Department and an intercity travel club during the Summer. Both programs offer opportunities for youth between grades 1st and 8th. Flag Rugby is a safe, fun, and exciting non-contact Sport.

Sounders | Girls Rugby is contact, tackle rugby available for girls between 6th and 12th grade. The Middle School club plays during the Spring, and the High School club plays during the Spring and Fall. Rugby is a limited opportunity for girls to participate in a contact sport and explore their strengths and comradery.

Razorbacks | Boys Rugbyis contact, tackle rugby available for boys between 6th and 12th grade. The Middle School club plays during the Spring, and the High School club plays during the Spring and Summer. Long-term benefits of playing rugby have been proven by Ruggers worldwide. This is the first step into a worldwide community of Rugby players.

By providing sponsorship, you or your company will access hundreds and thousands of impressions our programs make on the local and regional area, along with the impact your sponsorship will have on the area's youth. Please do not hesitate to contact us. Be sure to consider the type of business you operate, as we will retain the right not to accept certain types of sponsorship, especially considering a youth audience.
