Canyon Bicycles reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value depending on product availability.

Prize

The Winners of the Campaign (the “Winners”) will receive a Canyon Grail CF SL 7 AXS (valued at $4,000.00 USD.) The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by Canyon Bicycles. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at Canyon Bicycle's discretion. The prize is nontransferable, not returnable, and nonrefundable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of Winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by Winner is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Canyon to use Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Available to US shipping addresses only. The Sweepstakes is open only to the following individuals (each, an “Eligible Participant”):

Individual legal residents of, and physically located within, the United States and who are 18 (except 19 in Alabama and Nebraska and 21 in Mississippi) years of age as of the date of entry or of legal age of majority or older in their country of residence.

Any participation by any ineligible person(s) will be void.

The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law. All the directors, officers, employees and agents of Sponsor, and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, sales representatives, distributors, licensees, agents, website administrators, advertising and Contest agencies, and any immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, and siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in the same household (whether related or not) of any of the foregoing, are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes.
