Welcome to the Bay Area Knitting Guild, you have found the right place for your knitting and crochet needs!

We are a group of knitters, crocheters, weavers, spinners and overall fiber lovers. We gather as a formal group 10 times a year and informally continuously. Your dues goes to helping us organize the guild meetings, workshops, meet-ups in places like the park, restaurants and libraries. We join for sit and knits, knit-alongs and holiday parties. We also have committees that run social media and charity knitting events.

Here are the general timing of the regular events:

·  Official Guild Meetings: 4th Thursday of each month, Jan-Oct. We do not meet in Nov or Dec

·  Yarn Swaps: 5th Thursday of the months that have a 5th Thursday

·  Knit in the Park: One Saturday in the months of Jan-May, then Oct-Dec

·  Zoom Knitting via Facebook post link: Most Mondays at 7pm. See Events tab for Zoom link

·  Holiday Party: Early Dec

Membership renewals are requested by Jan of the new year. If joining on or after Oct 1 of the previous year, it is valid through the following year. Membership is not pro-rated otherwise.
