ABOUT DALE

Dale Godboldo is an entrepreneur, philanthropist and 30-year veteran of entertainment both in front of and behind the camera.In front of the camera, Dale played Dream Team attorney Carl E. Douglas on Ryan Murphy's FX TV series, The People V. OJ Simpson: American Crime Story, which won the Emmy, Golden Globe, NAACP Image, Critics Choice and BAFTA awards for Best Limited Series. Dale has appeared in over 130 episodes of television and a dozen films including NCIS, Netflix’s Unbelievable, Marvel/FOX's The Gifted, Colony, Bones, The Sum of All Fears, the Brad Pitt produced Year of the Dog, Lakeview Terrace, Fame and Marvel's Thor.

Behind the camera, Dale has structured the distribution and financing for numerous entertainment related projects with both major studios and independent production companies. Dale recently Executive Produced "The Final Wish" from the creator of FINAL DESTINATION that is currently on Showtime.

In 2011, Dale Godboldo launched a grass roots movement by socially conscious entrepreneurs, artists and academics committed to building the best possible future for our children and future generations. Dale's work amplifies causes - bridging ideas, organizations & influential individuals through world-class events that leverage the power of community activism, the arts, media and NGOs to inspire, educate and move society in taking immediate action to end poverty, inequality and climate change.   His work has supported thousands of entrepreneurs and hundreds of charities by volunteering and supporting events with Richard Branson, James Cameron, Charlize Theron, Halle Berry, Quincy Jones, Matthew McConaughey, Ashton Kutcher, Alicia Keys, Morgan Freeman, Robert DeNiro, Selena Gomez, Pink, Joey Fatone, Tai Lopez, Jack Canfield, Mark Victor Hansen, Deepak Chopra, Casey Affleck, Orlando Bloom, Eric Dane, President Bill Clinton, President George W. Bush, and hundreds of world-class speakers.

Dale is particularly passionate about supporting outstanding ideas, organizations and events that advance community by working to meet the 17 Sustainable Development Goals that world leaders agreed to for a better world by 2030. Guided by the goals, it is now up to all of us, governments, businesses, civil society and the general public to work together to build a better future for everyone.Dale also helped launch the Unite4:Humanity Awards which contributed millions of dollars to outstanding non-profits around the world. The inaugural event was sponsored by Gillette and Variety Magazine, and featured Martin Scorsese, Alicia Keys, Robert DeNiro, Eva Longoria, Forest Whitaker, President Bill Clinton, and Selena Gomez, among others. Dale then helped launch several other nonprofit initiatives currently serving socially conscious entrepreneurs and both established and startup nonprofits.

Dale was a member of Jack and Jill of America. He is passionate about mentorship and the arts, and an advocate for youth arts and education, diversity and inclusion, and the UN's Sustainable Development Goals. Dale has been honored by the Urban League Young Professionals for his service to community.
