A workshop for you and a partner (spouse, friend or family member) where you can learn how to help relieve your partner's tension and headaches, give a great neck or foot massage and how to ask for what you want. Workshop is led by Allison Best, LMT of Elevate Wellness. Cost is $25 per couple and the workshop will last from 6:30-8pm.

Please come with a partner and in comfortable clothes with shoes that you can easily remove. Yoga mats, bolsters and blankets will be available as we will be sitting or lying on the floor.
