Membership & General/Memorial Donation support of the Hannibal Arts Council are ways to show that you believe in the programs we offer, the impact we make in the community and the role the arts play in our lives.  We need you to be champion for us as we further our Vision of "Creating Community Through the Arts!"  We need for you to be a champion with us as we strive to fulfill our Mission to work diligently to provide and promote programs that spark engagement in the arts.  We need you to be a champion for us and embrace our Values to create, support and promote community arts programs that are accessible, approachable and affordable, to inspire creativity in all its forms, to encourage partnerships which deepen our connection to our community and to engage our community through the arts.
