If you’ve ever wanted to make one of those adorable little hats that perches on your head, now is the time!

Fascinators are held onto the head with elastic or metal headbands, alligator clips, bobby pins, etc. 

A kit for two bases and sewing supplies is included in the price.

Nancy will walk you through the steps, and you will leave with the base wired and covered, plus a good start on your decorations!

Each kit contains supplies for 1 buckram and 1 sinamay fascinator, needles, wire, connectors, Petersham ribbon, and hat elastic. We will be using the buckram base, only, at this workshop. Sinamay is another story for the future! You will provide the fashion fabric and decorations of your choice. The handout accompanying your registration will provide all of the information that you will need.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE: October 1 

(Because the initial heads must set up for you (so that your time is not spent waiting for the buckram to dry for many hours before you can work with it), the kits (included in the price) will need to be ordered in advance.)
