LOCATION AND TIMING: We are happy to announce that we will once again be at the West Bluff Amphitheater Area in Crissy Field (close to the Golden Gate Bridge) for our annual Fleet Week BBQ!

**For mobile navigation purposes, type in “Warming Hut Bookstore Crissy Field” in order to be directed to the correct location.

PARKING: There is a small parking lot for the "West Bluff Picnic Area" nearby - expected to fill by 9am or earlier. Please carpool, arrive early, use public transportation, or plan to bike or walk from other parking locations. We cannot guarantee if the lot will be available for "dropping off" during the day.

FOOD: The Parents Club will provide Burgers (including vegetarian options), Hotdogs, Potato Salad, Mac Salad, Chips/Salsa, Water, and other non-alcoholic beverages.

If you'd like to bring a dish or dessert to share, please do so!

WHAT TO BRING:

• Dress in layers and don’t forget your spirit gear!

• Outdoor games like corn-hole, kan-jam, slam ball, etc.

• Chairs and blankets to sit on.

• Other beverages you might like to enjoy.

SCHEDULE:

Inviting all Service Academy friends, families, BGOs, & alumni to join us!

8AM: Setup begins; parking should be available.

10AM: Parking lot expected to be full.

10AM - 11AM: USNA Parents Club Fall Meeting in the Amphitheater, coffee and muffins/bagels will be provided.

11:30AM - 1PM: BBQ Potluck.

Noon: Air show begins.

3PM - 4PM: Blue Angels Demonstration & Air Show.

4PM-5PM: Draw prize winners and cleanup.
