Ryan Nece Foundation programming positively impacts teens by teaching them the principles needed to become the next generation of servant leaders in our community dedicated to lifelong volunteerism, philanthropy, and civic responsibility. In our modern society, young people are bombarded with messages of selfishness. The Ryan Nece Foundation aims to combat those messages by exposing young people to community issues, encouraging them to reach outside their circle of knowledge, and teaching them to give selflessly. In 2023, our students donated more than 2,300 service hours to 40+ unique causes, touching more than 5,000 lives in need.  Your sponsorship makes it possible for us to expand our programming to ensure more high school students in the Greater Tampa Bay Area have access to organized service-learning opportunities and leadership education. Your support encourages volunteerism, civic engagement, and leading others during the adolescent years in hopes those practices will continue as these students enter college and the adult workforce.
