If you have MULTIPLE PETS - each one must be specifically offered an appointment. We try to get all of your pets on the same day, but it might not always be possible. 

DEPOSIT:

A $20 deposit is required to hold your appointment; this will be refunded when you arrive for your appointment.

Be prepared to wait up to 30 minutes for check-in

All dogs must be on a leash/harness or in a carrier at all times. Please leave dog-reactive pets in the car until we are ready to load your pet. All dogs will be loaded into carriers and secured for transport - if your dog is not crate trained we may require your assistance loading your pet.

PICK-UP:

APPROX 3pm-7pm

Some dogs will be ready to come home around 3pm, otherwise they will be back on our 6-7pm transport. We will check with you what time frame you are able to pick-up when you arrive for your appointment.

CANCELLATIONS:

If you need to cancel your appointment, please get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can fill your clinic spot.
