Play at Your Own Risk ~ Waiver

By paying the membership fees and/or attending an event, I agree to the terms of this risk provision and I assume any and all risks and make any and all waivers to The Warehouse. I understand and acknowledge the risks involved and agree that I am solely responsible and liable for all costs associated with or arising out of any and all injuries that I may incur or sustain while learning or practicing for any BDSM/“Play”. I waive any and all claims against The Warehouse, its associates, party host, owners, or anyone associated with the organization for injuries that I may incur or sustain while I am participating freely. I represent that I have medical insurance or am financially able to pay for medical bills arising out of any injury that I may sustain in connection with BDSM/”Play” at a Warehouse party (private or open), event, or gathering.

Code of Conduct

To better serve ALL patrons and members of The Warehouse we are implementing a Code of Conduct. These are guidelines intended to offer all of our members a better experience on their visit to The Warehouse, by providing enhanced comfort and security. Any member who violates these guidelines, particularly by making any UNINVITED sexual advances by touching, caressing, kissing, exposing yourself rudely, etc., to any other member without permission will be asked to leave immediately and further membership could be denied or revoked with no refund. Members are expected to be considerate, friendly, and treat others with respect.

As stated in the rules, always ask before touching and NO means NO! Accept NO gracefully, it’s not personal. A NO from anyone is not open for negotiation. If you are told NO more than twice from the same individual, you will be asked to leave. Pay attention to nonverbal signals, both positive and negative. Body Language can speak as loud as words, so act accordingly! If you have a problem with someone, please tell the event host or manager, and they will handle the situation, not you.

If you’re NEW and have questions about the club or this lifestyle, simply ask the event host or other members in a friendly way, as no question is unusual or unanswerable. Admission to the club DOES NOT guarantee that you will have sex, but only that you are allowed entry. It is the members duty to clean up after themselves, please make sure any bodily fluids, condoms, or lubrication is cleaned up and put in the trash. The Rules & Code of Conduct are here to assure everyone has an enjoyable experience at The Warehouse. If you cannot follow the rules, you will be asked to leave the club, and will not be refunded your member fees.

Event Rules & Dungeon Etiquette

1. NO PICTURES OR RECORDING WITHOUT EXPLICIT CONSENT FROM ALL PERSONS IN THE SHOT. YOU WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE PARTY IF CAUGHT BREAKING THIS RULE.

2. DO NOT TOUCH LIGHTS, MESS WITH TEMPERATURE, MUSIC OR MOVE ANY APPARATUSES.

3. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO TOUCHING OTHERS OR THEIR PROPERTY WITHOUT CONSENT. WE RESPECT BOISE’S CONSENT FORWARD ETIQUETTE. NO MEANS NO!

4. NO LOUD TALKING, LAUGHING, RUDE BEHAVIOR OR INTERRUPTING ONGOING PLAY/SCENES. PLEASE RESPECT THEIR PERSONAL INTERACTION AND STAY BACK FROM THE SCENE AREA.

5. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION OF ANY TYPE ALLOWED.

6. NO DRUGS ALLOWED, NO SLEEPING.

7. WE ARE A BYOB FACILITY, WE WILL NOT PROVIDE, DISPENSE OR STORE YOUR ALCOHOL FOR YOU. WE EXPECT YOU TO KNOW YOUR LIMITS AND MAINTAIN CONTROL. IF YOU FAIL TO DO SO YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE.

8. PLEASE CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF. TO BETTER PROTECT YOURSELF AND OTHERS, WE SUGGEST YOU CLEAN ALL EQUIPMENT BEFORE AND AFTER USE. PLEASE DISCARD CLEANING SUPPLIES, CONDOMS AND ANY TRASH INTO THE TRASH RECEPTACLES.

9. TW HAS THE RIGHT TO ASK ANY INDIVIDUAL TO LEAVE WITHOUT ARGUMENT. IF WE ASK YOU TO LEAVE IT IS FOR THE NIGHT WITH HOPES YOU RETURN FOR A FUTURE NIGHT. IF YOU ARGUE OR MAKE A SCENE WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REVOKE YOUR MEMBERSHIP WITH NO REFUND OF EVENT DONATION AND/OR MEMBERSHIP FEE.

10. TW IS A JUDGMENT FREE ZONE. WE WELCOME ALL INDIVIDUALS WHO SUPPORT THE LIFESTYLE AND WILL NOT ALLOW ANY SHAMING, BULLYING OR DISRESPECT OF OUR GUESTS.

11. TW RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DO A BACKGROUND CHECK ON ANY AND ALL MEMBERS TO ENSURE THAT THE SAFETY AND WELL BEING OF OTHER GUESTS ARE MAINTAINED.

12. ABSOLUTELY NO BLOOD, URINE OR SKAT PLAY.

13. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS PLEASE SEE THE EVENT DM OR TW OWNER.

14. NO RESERVING OF EQUIPMENT. DO NOT LEAVE TOYS OR BAGS ON EQUIPMENT HOLDING IT FOR FUTURE USE.

15. NO GLASS (BREAKABLES) IN THE DUNGEON OR OUTSIDE AREAS. KEEP IN THE KITCHEN ONLY. CUPS ARE PROVIDED.

Make sure you have read and understand the previous sections. They may be off to your right, or down below, depending on what device you are using. You will be required to acknowledge that you have done so in order to become a member and pay your dues. This membership is good for 1 yr upon receipt of payment. You will receive a confirmation email with the venue address. Please check spam and be sure to save the email as we do not post the address publicly.
