Get ready to witness a one-of-a-kind event that promises to combine fashion, friendly competitions, and community support like never before. "Goat Couture™," a groundbreaking event to benefit the Future Farmers of America (FFA) chapters of Blanco and Hays Counties, is set to take place on September 28th, 2024, from 10:00 AM to 3:30 PM at the renowned Dripping Springs Ranch Park.

The primary aim of Goat Couture™ is to raise funds for the seven FFA chapters in Blanco and Hays Counties, supporting the budding agricultural leaders of tomorrow. This unique event will not only showcase the creativity of local ranchers and first responders but also provide an opportunity for attendees to enjoy a day filled with excitement, laughter, and community engagement.

Event Highlights:

Come Early for the Live Goat Corralling: Witness an adrenaline-pumping live goat corralling demonstration at the 10:00 AM show, showcasing the remarkable skills of a local rancher/business owner and his animal companions.

Costume Extravaganza: Goat Couture™ will feature a thrilling lineup of several captivating costume categories, bringing together the creative prowess of local ranchers and animal enthusiasts. Prepare to be amazed by the ingenuity and talent on display! (Categories listed below!

Friendly Competitions: Come early for the very first entertaining competition among our “Hometown Heroes” - our first responders from Hays and Blanco Counties, fostering camaraderie and unity within the community while celebrating our everyday heroes.

Entertainment: Goat Couture is proud to have garnered the support of exceptional sponsors including headline sponsor The Law Office of Milena Christopher, Cunningham Orthodontics, Tractor Supply Co, Deep Eddy Vodka, Sunset Canyon & Blanco Veterinary Clinics,
Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation, and many more. Attendees can look forward to craft tables for kids, coffee, drinks for adults, ice cream, special live performance from Jillian Hudson and a variety of games and entertainment for all ages!

For goat costume participants, you will receive an invitation to a "Remind" classroom where important information about your competition will be posted. Please follow the rules and de-worm goats so Goat Couture™ can be an event in a safe, enjoyable environment.

Goat Couture is hosted by LOOMC Charities, Inc. LOOMC Charities is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization whose mission includes raising funds for other charitable organizations. LOOMC Charities, Inc. has applied for tax exempt status and expects that tax exempt status will be granted prior to the event. All proceeds from Goat Couture '24 will be distributed evenly to the participating FFA chapters in Blanco and Hays counties.

I acknowledge the following rules & regulations for participants & attendees. Goat Couture ’23 is an agricultural event in an agricultural event center. All attendees are expected to take proper care in attire and footwear to practice safety within the arena. Attendees are requested to observe the following regulations: 1. I acknowledge by purchasing a ticket to Goat Couture my photograph and/or video of me or my goat taken on September 9, 2023 at The Goat Couture Fashion Show at Dripping Springs Ranch Park and Event Center may be used in publications, news releases, and in other communications related to promoting Goat Couture. All photos and videos taken are owned by LOOMC Charities, Inc. and will not be re-sold or distributed in any other manner. 2. Enter and exit only through the main Ranch Park entrance doors. 3. All persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. 4. Unless parading a goat, remain out of the goat staging and goat parade areas. 5. No glass containers are allowed on premises of the Dripping Springs Ranch Park and Event Center. 6. If purchased at the event, alcoholic beverages may only be consumed by adults aged 21 and over. No outside alcoholic beverages may be brought into Goat Couture. 7. No smoking is permitted in or around the DSRP Event Center. 8. Dogs or other domestic animals are not permitted at Goat Couture. 9. Touching of goats not belonging to you is not permitted. For your own safety, please do not touch animals. As an attendee of Goat Couture, I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless LOOMC Charities, Inc., and its officers, The Law Office of Milena Christopher and any Goat Couture sponsors and their employees from and against any and all liabilities for any injury to person or property which may be suffered by me or by my party arising out of or in any way connected with participation in Goat Couture 2023. By checking the box below, I declare I have read, understand, and agree to abide by the existing Rules & Regulations. GOAT COSTUME CONTEST PARTICIPANTS: 1. All goats brought into Dripping Springs Ranch Park must be de-wormed 30 days prior to the Event. 2. All goats must be kept in a trailer or in a stall prior to their scheduled parade time. A staging area will be provided. 3. All goats must be always on a leash/harness when out of their trailer. 4. Any children under 12 must have an adult present when parading their goat across the arena. 5. I will provide my goat(s) with necessary water, grain, and hay throughout the day to ensure their wellness. 6. Stalls are available for rent for $30 per day through DSRP. The rental period is 24 hours, noon to noon daily and includes one bag of required shavings. No outside shavings are allowed.
