We require a deposit to confirm your appointment for the Pawmetto Lifeline transport van. This deposit will be held until all requirements have been met to complete the surgery and you have picked your pet up no later than 9:00am the morning after drop off. This deposit is not refundable if your pet does not arrive within the designated timeframe of your scheduled appointment, if surgery cannot be performed for any reason and/or you are late for pickup. 

**Deposit Refund: please allow 5-10 business days for refund to appear on your card or statement 

**ACH deposits: ACH transactions cannot be refunded through this platform. A refund check will be mailed to you. 

Cancellations must be no later than 72 hours PRIOR to your appointment. 

**Please make sure all documents have been completed and sent prior to your deposit. If we do not have the required documents, your deposit will be returned and your reservation will not be confirmed.
