Pumpkin Wall Farm animal rescue and sanctuary, is a 501c3 Charity Nonprofit “Care Farm” listed on the National Registry as one of the only six Care Farms in the state of NH.  We rely 100% on donations and are committed to improving the lives of children, adolescents, and adults with and without disabilities as well as veterans and seniors through farm-based therapy and community outreach.  We are affiliated with and offer programs for The Upper Room, a Family Resource Center; Center for Life Management; Community Crossroads, Inc.; NH Juvenile Court; Pinkerton Academy, Londonderry High School,  and Parents who home school their children in grades 2 through 12.  We also offer 60 minute or 90 minute tours for the public, schools, nursing homes, assisted living homes, as well as birthday parties and any other party you want to rent the Sanctuary for.

We specialize in Pet Assisted Therapy through our animal rescue work including working hand in hand with therapists and their clients alongside the animals to achieve their therapy goals, foster and adopted children, home schooling programs and children 13 to 18 who have been court ordered to do community service.  We also assist individuals of all ages who struggle with autism, ADHD, ODD, depression, PTSD, anxiety, bereavement and more.  The resident animals who consist of mostly rescue animals and a handful of selected animals for the program aid in assisting humans with improving self-esteem, social skills, coping skills, and mental health.

Our Volunteer Opportunities and Community Service Programs are for everyone.    People can learn through educational programs not only how animals can provide emotional, mental, and physical benefits to humans but also learn about Entrepreneurship, animal rescue, rehabilitation, and commitment to their needs. Adults and children can benefit from programs that focus on alleviating stress from social anxiety and bullying, in addition to arts and crafts, and team building projects for strengthening the bond in families and friends.

Being a Sponsor or making donations of any amount is what allows us to offer all our therapy and pet-assisted programs free of charge to the community.  Letting your community know you and/or your company are part of supporting a working Care Farm will go further than you can imagine!  Please chose an animal to sponsor monthly for any amount that is within your budget.  And, in return you are open access to visit that animal and give him or her lots of loving, brushing, hugs, etc.
