Blue Pinwheels are a national symbol of child abuse and neglect prevention, and the Exchange Club of Carlisle will be planting donated pinwheels in a community garden to raise awareness in Carlisle, PA. We are planting blue and silver pinwheels during the whole month of April, which is the National Child Abuse and Neglect Prevention month.      Pinwheels can be donated and added through the end of April for a 100% tax deductible donation of $5 each. The proceeds will go to Domestic Violence Services of Cumberland and Perry Counties' Children's Programs. The Exchange Club of Carlisle’s 501(c)(3) EIN number is 23-7005474.
