Shake it Up! A Retro Cocktail Mixer benefiting Safe Start

Join the legendary Rob Carrell at Bee's Knees Whisky Bar to learn how to make iconic, classic cocktails of the midcentury era! This fun, hands-on mixology class will explore the process of making high quality hand-crafted cocktails while you follow along with the experts and your own for sampling. You will learn the history and fun facts about each drink as you sip, swig and savor! 

 

Enjoy a welcome punch (yes...every party of this era isn't complete without it) and then taste your own creative concoctions, as you are guided through every twist, shake and stir. This is a spirited, unique, interactive adults-only event you won’t want to miss! 

 

So, grab your best gal (or guy) and spend an amazing evening filled with retro craft cocktails, canapés prepared by Chef Gabriel Cruz, live music by Matty Ride, dessert and good company.  February 28th is a night you won't soon forget!

 

Feel free to dress up in your favorite 1950’s/1960’s retro outfit or come at you are! 

 

Your purchase includes two tickets, a welcome punch, three signature cocktails for each of you, canapés and dessert.


Timeline 

 6:30 -7:15 Enjoy the silent auction, live music, canapes and the beautiful venue while sipping on your punch.

7:15-9:00 You will learn to make three popular retro cocktails. Dessert will be served with your final cocktail.

9:00-9:30 Enjoy continued live music and Bee's Knees will stay open until 10 PM.
